Mission Statement

The Australian Centre of Indian Cinema (ACIC) is an initiative aimed at informing Australians and the western world about the rich traditions, commercial prospects, and collaboration potential of Indian Cinema.

The ACIC is an international web resource designed to provide information and a forum for discussions around Indian Cinema. Developed in Australia, the centre incorporates input from Indians and non-Indians to represent a complete picture of the world’s largest film industry – Bollywood. It also promotes Indian Cinema internationally, especially in Australia where export opportunities are available.
